Well he is adorable but I think I was in FOURTH grade before I wrote a note along these lines...check off boxes and all. Although I dont think I thought of the "I would be delighted" box. lol So yes and this note that I passed to this long forgotten boy ended up being intercepted by the teacher and he put it up on the chalk board for the world to see. Not my finest moment. Hope it was a much less traumatic experience for her than it was for me!
